Beyond the Analysis: Migration Advisory

Once your free analysis identifies the gaps, our advisory service builds the roadmap: a phased migration plan sequenced around your fiscal year and staff capacity, a data mapping plan for your accounts and contacts, and a scoped effort estimate so you know what it takes before you commit.
From there, the roadmap is yours. Many of our nonprofit clients run migrations with an in-house admin and use us for the riskiest parts, such as data model conversion or App Exchange package mapping. Others bring us in to execute the full build. Either way, you're deciding with a plan in hand, not guessing.
